Dinner Choices: Eat it, go back seconds


Aside from breakfast, dinner time is probably my most favourite time of the day. There is nothing better than settling down after a hard day of work and diving headfirst into a hearty meal (always enjoyed best with others). From lively summer BBQ's to warming winter comfort foods, Dinner should be a celebrated period of the day where friends and family gather to feast and relax; and don't think because this blog focuses mainly of 'healthy' food that that means you won't find recipes for lasagna, pies and chow-mein here. Oh hell no! Where there's a will there's a way and I refuse to not eat lasagna. So, get seated, grab a knife and fork, tie back your hair if need be (dinner is a full contact sport in my eyes) and lets eat well!
