Breakfast

'Without Breakfast, the morning is like the Dawn of the Dead'

Literally the most important meal of the day, whether you decide to keep it light with a fruit smoothie or go for a Full-English stomach assault, make sure one of the first things you do after crawling half-blind out of bed on all fours (I can't be the only one) is eat something. By eating breakfast and hence 'breaking' your 'fast' from the night before, you're giving your body the energy it needs to be its most productive. Not only this, but the restoration of blood glucose levels that breakfast provides has been linked to improved memory, enhanced concentration and reduced stress levels. Furthermore, eating breakfast in the long run can lead to reduced risks of obesity, heart disease and diabetes; plus what's better than having 'eat' as the first thing on your to-do list?
