Midnight Snacks to Morning Shakes


Contrary to popular belief, snacking can be a very healthy part of your diet, in fact I thoroughly stand by the idea that you should eat something at least 5 times a day. If you're the type of person who is constantly on the go or one of those buff gym bunnies then it's even more important to make sure the tank never runs empty. So, point one - snacking is not equivalent to summoning the Antichrist.
As for drinks, yes, whilst Starbucks holds a permanent place in my heart, especially come the autumn/winter time as I have strong PSL (pumpkin spiced latte) needs, it is definitely not a 'healthy' choice to have everyday. Regardless, that doesn't mean you can't whip up a luxury beverage of your own which not only indulges your taste buds but also nourishes your body. Point 2 - drink at least 8 cups of fluid a day (unfortunately this doesn't go for alcohol - damn!)
